Hi, I'm Chris, and I'm here to be your home inspector.
For more than 35 years, I've been immersed in the real estate world. I've managed commercial properties, owned my own real estate businesses, and even built three homes from the ground up in my younger days. This hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of how a home should function.
To provide the best service possible, I've completed over 40 hours of specialized home inspection training and earned my drone pilot license. My goal is simple: to visually inspect your home and give you a clear report on any safety issues or items that need attention. I am here to help you feel confident and informed.
